Wild Flower or Dark local Honey

This honey is made from the local Treasure Valley wildflowers.

The wildflower honey is used by some people to help with allergies. It has a strong bold flavor.

Sweet Clover or light Honey.

This honey is from sweet clover. While there is some clover in Idaho there isn't enough to get this light of honey. We go to other places like Montana and North Dakota. this honey is traditional in flavor and considered local to the region
